The chefs behind Mielcke & Hurtigkarl keep your guests excited and satiated with a wide range of flavours and textures. The menu is created together with you dependent on the season, allergies, and your tastes.
Choose between four courses or a sharing menu.
Wines are chosen by our sommelier to match the seasonal menu and tested by you before your event.

Service
Our team makes sure your event runs on schedule and that your guests are cared for. On the day of your event you will always have a head coordinator that makes sure service and communication are smooth.
We are happy to provide trusted references for djs, flower arrangements, decorators, tablescape settings, wedding cakes, photography, and other details you may think of.
